My name is Bee and I am a 34 year old wife and mother. This blog is to record and share my journey into the artistic word.

Like most creative people, I always enjoyed drawing and anything artistic. I have had a love affair with paper, pens and pencils for as long as I can remember and I was one of those strange children that got excited about shopping for school supplies at the beginning of a new year.

After a career in child care and then beginning my own family, I have been left wondering what to do with myself. Ultimately I would love a career in art, however self doubt and fear have held me back. Then this year I realised that as long as I am creating, I am happy and if something comes of it then that will be a blessing.

So this is my journey…
